Radhika Bishwajit Dubey is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Radhika has over 13 years of experience in dispute resolution relating to corporate and commercial litigation, with a special focus on domestic and international commercial arbitrations. She regularly represents clients before various fora including Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court, in high stakes commercial disputes.

Radhika has worked on many important matters like the ADM Sarl International (in relation anti-suit injunction proceedings in India in an international arbitration), Atotech India Private Limited (in on-going contractual disputes, corporate criminal liability matters, employment and labour disputes), etc. Prior to joining the erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. in 2010, she worked with a Dubai-based law firm and at the Delhi High Court as a law clerk to Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul.

Aman Singhania is an Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at Delhi office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration before different forums including the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLAT, NCLTs, regulatory commissions and arbitral tribunals.

Aman graduated from Gujarat National Law University in 2017. He was an Study Abroad Scholar at the University of Illinois in 2017. Aman also regularly judges mediation competitions organised by law schools in India.
